Curiouser and curiouser

Soon after I filed my complaint about what I consider to be an unlawful detention I have noticed visits from this domain: ca.gov (I removed the IP address). What is even more "curiouser" is that the Department Investigator denied visiting this site before we spoke in February 2008. I have no reason not to believe him. Who was it doing before then? (I have a record of the first visit, in December of 2007, see it below.) And who is doing now? ... Curiouser and curiouser ;)

Whoever is checking this blog, I hope they do like pictures and it would be nice to get some comments too :)
